I have been involved in the collision repair industry my entire career, first as a technician, then leading into management. I have been employed at Eastside since 1986 and have chosen to stay with this company as it is family owned and I respect their values & integrity when it comes to their customers, their employees as well as the finished product that goes out the door.
Over the years we have strived to attain employees who have the same core values as ownership & management.
Body Shop Manager
Hi there, my name is Matt Brick. I’m the production manager for Eastside Collision and have been with the company for 12 years, earlier if you count the days that my Dad brought me to the shop on occasion when I was young.
I started out in the trade by learning “hands on” which gave me a solid understanding of the procedures involved in the body repair industry. I completed my Red Seal Ticket training which furthered my understanding of the correct procedures to repair our customer’s vehicles to today’s strict vehicle standards.
I’ve just recently started to build a family with my wife Chelsea and enjoy every minute of being a Dad and husband. I look forward to making your overall experience at Eastside a positive one!
Hello, my name is Rebecca Polnick and I’ve been part of the Eastside Family for over 5 years now as the Controller and Front Office Manager. The one thing more important than our finances is our customers, and I work with my proficient and understanding front-end team to ensure each customer gets the most seamless service possible.
Before joining Eastside Collision I was a recurring customer for many years, and I always appreciated the time and care they took with my vehicle. Eastside has a very positive family-oriented culture and I couldn’t imagine being part of a better team!
I have been with Eastside Collision for 13+ years with a background in the automotive industry spanning over 18 years. Experienced in all areas, including Rental Cars, Parts, Accounting, Operations and Production. Graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Arts, as well as acquiring a Financial & Managerial Accounting Certificate from the Continuing Education Department at the U of M. Working at Eastside Collision feels more like time spent with my 2nd family. We like to get together away from the shop setting and enjoy sitting by a nice fire or a social outing. Outside from work, time is mainly spent with family and friends visiting abroad or gathering to watch our children’s sporting events or other extracurricular activities.
